Refund policy

Return & Replacement Policy – Lunari Store

We do not offer refunds on any products.

We only provide replacement in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Replacement Policy:

Customers must request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery
An unboxing video/photo proof is mandatory
The product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-eligible cases:

Change of mind
Slight color/size variation
Used or worn products

Replacement Process:

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement within 5–7 working days
No extra charges for replacement (in valid cases)
